Pleasd do
not use the abbreviation for your Country, spell it out completely. Please provide
your telephone number. This is very important information if there is a problem
in the delivery of your package. In most cases your kit will arrive in your Country
within 5 to 7 working days. The most common hold-up for delivery, is clearing
your Country's Custom Bureau which can take weeks or even months.

Shipping
within the Contiguous United States is by United Parcel Service (UPS) standard
ground. Fed Ex is also available upon request.
International shipping is
via United States air Parcel Post (USPP) whenever possible. This is the most cost
effective. Because some countries will not accept the large boxes required, it
is sometimes necessary to use a private carrier (UPS/Fed EX) this is considerably
more expensive.
HOW
DO I GET PRICES OR GET A QUOTE?
To get a quote for a plan
not found on the list of kits available on our web, or for current prices and
availability contact us by any of the above means. Due to our years of experience
we can usually give you a very close estimate. Obviously we must see the plans
to be exact. The most frequent question we are asked is "will my plans be
returned to me and in what condition.. Your plans will be returned to you uncut
in exactly the same condition we receive them. Acceptance or rejection of a project
is strictly at the discretion of PCK and projects considered "special orders"
may require a deposit.
