| | New
and updated industrial quality machines are used to cut PCK kits. Here Larry works
on the new 16 speed drill press. "We constantly look for better and more
accurate equipment" he states. |
|
|
| After
all machining is finished, a final check is made against the plans. Note the notches
in the former Larry is holding. These are done on a machine designed and built
on site by Larry. Accuracy is + or - .001. |
|
|
| Finished
parts are bagged and labeled according to intended use. All stringers, blocks,
and sheeting are also labeled. Note...work orders hanging on boxes. |
|
| | Larry
displays the finished kit. Now it is ready to be packed and shipped to the customer.
